About Villa Nikoleta

Villa Nikoleta is located in a picturesque area of Alonissos, it is just a short walk from the gorgeous beach and restaurants. With its surroundings of natural beauty, this villa provides a peaceful retreat and easy access to the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean.

Inside, the living room/dining area is furnished with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD player and dining table. There are also patio doors that lead out to the pool terrace. The bedroom is air conditioned and is a cosy double room. Outside, the villa has a private parking space, with a path leading down to the villa entrance and south facing private pool with sun loungers, pergola, barbecue, table and chairs - enabling guests to enjoy the beautiful greek weather!

Please note, there is a fully refundable security deposit of £250 subject to no damage.

Stayed at Villa Plage View

We had a week in Villa Das Oliveiras in Albufeira. The weather was awful but the villa was wonderful, spacious and comfortable. It is situated in a quiet area but only about 15 minutes walk to the Marina, with lots of bars and restaurants. There are some lovely restaurants within a few minutes walk of the villa as well. Sadly we did not get to use the pool much due to the weather. Communication with Ocholo was easy and they really did go the extra mile to try to accommodate any of our special requests. I would have no hesitation in stopping at this villa again if I was in Portugal and I will look at other Ocholo accommodations when planning my next holiday.
