The villa is conveniently located 8 Km from the centre of the city of Lucca.

The villa has all mod cons: air conditioning in all the rooms, WIFI internet connection, washing machines and dishwashers.
Guests can visit art cities like Lucca 8 Km, Pisa 40 Km, Florence 75 Km. and, at the same time, quickly reach the beaches of Versilia: Forte dei Marmi 40 Km.

All the day areas are located on the ground floor as well as a double bedroom with bathroom and shower; and dining area with table seating 25 people.

On the first floor, there are 4 twin bedrooms, each of which has a bathroom with a shower;
1 bedroom with French-style bed and bathroom with shower;
7 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower.
