The castle is surrounded by a large agriculture & livestock farm, a 600-hectare territory consisting of plains, forests, meadows and pastures as well as herds of hares, deer and Chianina cattle, crossed by the river Tiber and dotted with small lakes, waterways and medieval castles.

The 5000-m2 garden has been designed by the famous landscape architect Alberto Margheriti, with many varieties of flowers blooming all year round, trees, oaks, olive and cherry trees, pomegranate bushes, lavender and rosemary, and a botanical herb garden. Right in the middle of the garden stands a large fan-shaped swimming pool, with a fantastic view over the whole Tiber Valley and a large wooden gazebo. The garden is also equipped with table tennis, a children’s playground, free WIFI, a stone barbecue, a large outdoor dining table and suggestive atmospheric night lighting.
