Apartment Filipa III is perfectly situated on the gates of S.Rafael Beach, which has officially been voted one of the 20 best beaches in the world. Perfect for families, the apartment is located on a complex that has a children’s outdoor pool, an outdoor pool for adults and an outdoor jacuzzi. Also, there is a garden with direct access to the villa, from here you can watch over your children.
Inside the apartment, there i, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining room, a double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and three bathrooms. The apartment also has two balconies, one of them with a stunning sea view and a terrace with access to the garden and the swimming pool.
There is a security deposit payable before travel of £250. (fully refundable of course subject to no damage).
The apartment sleeps four guests. Should you have an extra guest joining your stay, we can provide a comfortable Z bed at a supplement cost of £150 per week for the fifth guest, allowing you to accommodate everyone comfortably.
Please note, the apartment is pet friendly, however prior notice is required and a deposit of £150 plus an extra cleaning cost.
