About Villa Darte

Villa Darte is ideal for two families or a large group. The swimming pool can be heated (by request with an extra charge) size (8m x 4m), is a waisted shape with Roman steps. It is surrounded with large terraces, with a tennis table for additional fun, and there is a built-in feature BBQ and alfresco dining area.

Accommodation: On the ground floor there is a fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, utility with washing machine. Lounge/dining room with satellite TV and DVD. Twin bedroom, bathroom and double bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms with balconies, a double bedroom, bathroom and further double bedroom with bathroom en-suite. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

There is an alarm system and a safe an Wi Fi INTERNET.

Pool towels and hairdryers are provided at Villa Darte.

On our arrival to the villia they kindly left the essentials milk bread, surgar, jam and cereal which I thought was such a lovely gesture. The villa was perfectly equipped with pool towels, hair dryers In rooms which was a bonus. The garden is Ideal for kids also as has grass area. We didn’t need the pool heated for June and was just perfect. Walking distance to beaches and supermarket. Aldi a bit further away but if book taxi through Uber app to get there and back very cheap. If had young kids there was gates on the stairs at top and bottom which is great. They also had a great selection of books to read and music cds. Overly an enjoyable stay

Villa Helene Norvilla is in central location you can walk to lots of things including the sports bar, and a short taxi to Albufeira. Our heated pool in April made it absolutely SPOT ON! Recommend highly.

A spacious and well equipped villa with a very large garden and nice pool. A car is very useful as it’s at least two kilometres to walk to Pollença. Kitchen is open plan and easy to use, and the bedrooms are plenty big enough. - Andrew, April 2024
