The villa is built across three levels with plenty of space to relax inside and out, it is decorated in a modern style and there are many modern appliances and state-of-the-art features including a centrally controlled shutter system keeping the house cool during the summer days and providing additional security.As you enter the property, a large entrance hall leads to a modern, fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room, with patio doors leading to the large, inviting pool area.
From the upper floor balconies you can enjoy outstanding sea views, a great place to relax, and there are also views of the large private pool below, which includes a barbecue and outdoor dining area for alfresco dining in the warm summer nights. The villa also has the added comfort of free air conditioning and Wi- Fi for your convenience. When you need respite from the sun, conveniently next to the pool area is a newly renovated games room with seating and dining facilities for extra enjoyment.
