There is parking just outside the entrance gate. Through the entrance gate is a cobbled pathway which leads to the front porch area. There is lawn on either side of the villa, with a large rockery, plants and the odd palm tree. The entrance door opens into an impressive hallway.

There is a open plan lounge and dining room, which is decorated in neutral hues with a feature fireplace. The room is cosy and comfortable, ideal for relaxing day or night with a book or family game. From here patio doors lead to the terraces overlooking the impressive pool and gardens. The patios doors ensure that plenty of light floods through into this area, creating a light and airy space.

The spacious, well equipped kitchen has all of the utensils you should require to cook up those holiday treats, coupled with plenty of storage space for your holiday essentials and of course luxuries. There is a small table with chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee, as well as a door and steps leading down to the BBQ and pool. A utility room is situated off the kitchen.

On the ground floor there is a spacious double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a twin bedroom sharing the facilities of a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have a sharing terrace with views across the pool and surrounding countryside. The first floor compromises of a twin and double bedroom with a separate shower room. The twin bedroom has a private balcony with comfortable seating area great for those relaxing evenings. All bedrooms are bright and furnished to a high standard.

Villa Boavista has fantastic, spacious grounds and a large private swimming pool. With plenty of sun loungers take you pick, relax and soak up that Portuguese sunshine. There is also a pool side shower to the side of the pool for your added convenience.

At the end of the lounge patio doors lead to a large terrace with a table and chairs for alfresco dining under the Portuguese sun, and brick BBQ.
