About Villa Nuria

This spectacular villa is located in Es Cubells and has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Along with its private infinity pool, there is an outdoor barbecue and covered outdoor dining table that can seat twelve people.

Exterior: 200m2 terrace with 9 x 4 m infinity pool with spectacular views of the sea, Salines, Cala Jondal and Formentera.

Ground floor: Spacious entrance, large living room with TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom, 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower.

First floor:
1 suite with 1 1.80m bed, dressing room, private bathroom with shower, whirlpool bath and private terrace
1 suite with 1 1.80m bed, private bathroom with shower, bathtub and terrace
1 suite with 1 1.80m bed , private bathroom with shower, hot tub and terrace.

All rooms have air conditioning and TV.

Included in the price: 6 hours of daily cleaning.

Please note, there is a fully refundable security deposit of £3000 - subject to no damage.

Stayed at Villa Salma

The Villa was nice and is like it is in the pictures.

The lady next store is there for any issues, not that we had any, her son is a taxi driver and did us a good deal back to the airport.
We got Ubers everywhere else as it was quicker and very cheap - 5 min ride to old town cost about 5 euro
Lidi is a 5-10min taxi drive away, the Spar is about 30 min walk round trip - so without a car, you will need a taxi or walk.
You can walk to the marina in about 15-20mins, all down hill - walking back bit longer as the hills are another levels

Stayed at Villa Nona

This villa was absolutely incredible - we didn’t believe somewhere could look better than the pictures!

Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable and there was more than enough room for everyone! The villa was also in a great location for getting into Puerto Banus. - Connor, September 2022.
