Villa Castillo comprises three air-conditioned bedrooms, each designed with a focus on comfort and practicality. Bedroom 1 features two single beds and is accompanied by an en suite bathroom for added convenience. Bedrooms 2 and 3 similarly each contain two single beds, making the villa particularly suitable for families or group accommodations. Furthermore, for guests traveling with young children, a travel crib and highchair are provided at no extra cost.

The living room presents a welcoming environment that seamlessly incorporates a dining area and comfortable seating arrangements, rendering it an ideal space for relaxation and dining. For entertainment purposes, the residence is equipped with a DVD player, satellite television, and complimentary Wi-Fi access, ensuring connectivity for guests. The expansive patio doors provide direct access to the pool terrace, facilitating a harmonious integration of indoor and outdoor living.

The kitchen is fitted with all essential appliances to enhance the culinary experience. It includes a toaster, coffee maker, granite work surface, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob, and oven. Additionally, there is an outdoor barbecue facility, which promotes enjoyable al fresco dining opportunities.

The villa encompasses two bathrooms, including the en suite bathroom associated with Bedroom 1, which is equipped with a shower and water closet. The second bathroom serves as a family bathroom, featuring a bathtub with an integrated shower and water closet, thereby ensuring that all guests have sufficient facilities available.

The private swimming pool is a serene retreat, measuring 9.0 meters by 4.0 meters. It features a shallow end with a depth of 0.90 meters and a deep end reaching 1.90 meters. The pool boasts a south-facing aspect, allowing plenty of sunlight throughout the day, and can be accessed easily via steps.
