Both share a separate bathroom and a shower room with two single showers. There is also a double bedroom with access to the pool terrace and an en-suite bathroom. The first floor boasts a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a dressing area. From this bedroom there is access to a terrace roof. This bedroom can also be reached by an exterior stairs from the garden to the terrace roof. Outside by the pool we find a separate small twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a small.

There is A/C that can be cold or warm in all bedrooms and the living/dining area with a limited timetable.

The large and well kept lawned garden with tall palm trees and old pine trees provide a nice shade. There is a large sided covered terrace with a sitting area with sofas to relax and table with chairs to enjoy delicious “al fresco” evening meals. The pool area is really pleasant with a lovely pool (salt water system) with roman steps, a large sun terrace with modern reclining sun beds and a sitting area -the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the long and sunny summery days. There is also an open poolside shower and a brick-built barbecue.
