Beach Villa Pedro is a three bedroomed, stylish villa with a private swimming pool, located in the sought after resort of Cala San Vicente, which has three sandy bays and crystal clear waters. The villa can sleep up to six guests and is air-conditioned, it is the perfect choice for all those looking for a truly Mallorcan holiday without the need to rely on a car.
Inside, Beach Villa Pedro is modernly furnished and conveniently set over one floor. There is a large lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area, with big patio doors opening to the poolside patio and gardens. The kitchen has all the necessities for a self-catering holiday such as: microwave, oven, fridge/freezer and kettle. The living room has comfortable sofas, a satellite TV, DVD player.
Altogether there are 3 bedrooms in total, one double and two twins, and two large bathrooms with a shower. Air-conditioning is available in the rooms at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am.
Please note, the upper floor of the villa belongs to another ownership and does not share the gardens or the pool that remain for exclusive use of the guests staying at Beach Villa Pedro.
Outside, the villa offers private gardens with lawn and mature trees, as well as a private swimming pool. The decision to stay by the pool or enjoying a stroll down to the beach will be a hard choice!
The pool measures 4m x 3m and depth is 1.8m- 2.10m. Sun beds and shades are also available.
