Beautiful apartment in a secure complex with large pool area with very shallow end for younger children and also good sized separate children’s pool. Set in a quieter area of Albufeira, ideal for families, and only 2 minutes walk from the amenities, restaurants, etc. of the Marina. About 25 - 30 minutes walk into the Old Town along the front or 5 minutes by local bus (bus stop 1 minute away) or taxi . Also when requested promptly provided an additional gate key and extra towels as we were an extended (3 generations) family of 7. For our first stay in Portugal/Algarve, the location of the apartment was perfect. It is located directly on the harbor with many restaurants and bars and it is only a 15-minute walk to the old town of Albufeira. By car, all the beaches and attractions were within 45 minutes.

Thank you! We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Villa Skye. The villa itself offered everything we needed - struggled to get the children out of the fantastic pool! We visited Alvor and Lagos and several villages near by. Alvor has so many great restaurants it is difficult to recommend any in particular - try as many as you can! The outdoor area was used frequently - all in all, great villa, great location and we are more than likely to return.
