It can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms surrounded by the most modern comforts for a truly relaxing holiday. Thanks to its patio, perfect for enjoying the outdoors, and a wide range of restaurants within walking distance, no car is necessary!
The entrance leads to a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet connection. The kitchen next to the living room, new and equipped, has a fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Next to the living room there is a dining table to enjoy meals. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower. Going up the stairs, there is a room where you can rest quietly reading a book, next to the room, there are 3 rooms in total. They are respectively a double room with 1 double bed, a double room with two single beds and a room with 2 single beds.
The bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.
Outside, one of the most unique features of Townhouse Chic is the beautiful private patio with pool. Equipped with a dining table and gas barbecue, it is the perfect place to enjoy Mallorca’s mild climate throughout the summer while enjoying a delicious dinner outdoors.
Please note, there is a security deposit payable before travel of £250. (fully refundable of course subject to no damage).
Important: Air Conditioning - from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 only. There is the Mallorca Ecotax payable before travel (around 2.5 euros per day.)
