Villa Carina is located in the beautiful valley of Colonya, which provides delightful views over both the countryside and the mountains of Serra de Tramuntana. The old town of Pollenca, sandy beaches, and golf course are all within easy reach of the villa. It can sleep up to six guests in the three 3 bedrooms. Villa Carina is designed in a traditional, Mallorcan style, with exposed beams and lofty ceilings on the interior, and expansive, stone-covered terraces on the exterior, in order to provide a superb holiday experience.
The front door opens into an extremely spacious lounge/dining room and on into the fully fitted kitchen. The living room has three comfortable sofas/chairs and a TV, whilst the glass dining table has six wooden chairs. On the same level, there is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room, a welcoming twin bedroom with stone floors and beamed ceilings, and a full bathroom. From the lounge, a wooden staircase leads up to another twin bedroom.
Outside, there is a large swimming pool (W 8.5m x 4.5m (D 1m x 1.9m)), a barbecue and al fresco dining area. There are extensive, well-kept gardens with lawns and trees making this a perfect place for families with children. Under the covered terrace there is also a table tennis.
Free air conditioning from 14:00 pm to 16:00 pm and from 20:00 pm to 08:00 am.
