Villa Fabian is set over two floors and has been furnished to maintain the taste, style and traditions of the Mallorcan fincas. On the ground floor, there is a lounge with comfortable sofas/armchairs, a TV, and wi-fi internet access. In the separate kitchen/dining area, there are the necessities such as an oven, microwave, toaster and fridge/freezer. The dining area has a beautiful fireplace at the heart, as well as a dining table that seats six guests. An attractive double bedroom furnished with antique furniture and a family bathroom with a shower can also be found on this floor. Both the lounge and the kitchen have access to the outside, as they lead to a covered porch and to an outdoor shaded dining area with a table, chairs, sink and barbecue. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms and an extra bathroom (en-suite). The master bedroom has a comfortable bed with a headboard with handmade tissues from Pollensa, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. The final bedroom, which has also been finished to the highest standard and is full of history, is a twin room.
The private swimming pool, measuring 6.5m x 3.6m with a depth of 1.5m, is equipped with comfortable sun beds and parasols.
