Villa Montana Mar is a typical Canarian villa. The entrance leads to the hall, with the kitchen on the left and the living room on the right. The living room is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring a cozy dining area along with comfortable sofas, a TV, and free Wi-Fi. From this inviting space, patio doors lead out to the pool terrace, where stunning sea views can be enjoyed. The living room is connected to the dining area. From the living room, you can access the BBQ area.

In the kitchen, you’ll find a range of modern amenities to make meal preparation a breeze. It includes a toaster, coffee maker, and a granite worktop, along with essential appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob, and oven. For outdoor cooking, a barbecue is also available.

Villa Montana Mar boasts three well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a double bed, while Bedroom 2 offers two single beds, and Bedroom 3 is equipped with a single bed. Additionally, there’s a single sofa bed available for extra guests. The villa is family-friendly, as both a travel crib and high chair can be provided at no extra charge.

For your convenience, Villa Montana Mar includes two bathrooms. The first bathroom offers a bath with a W/C, while the second bathroom features a shower and another W/C.

Finally, guests can enjoy the private swimming pool, which measures 7.8 meters by 4.0 meters, providing a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoyment.

This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not heated. The pool heating can be provided for an additional fee. If it is required please contact us for further assistance.

The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till 01/04, for the other period, it will be on request for an extra fee of €120/ per week.
