This two bedroom, two bathroom garden view apartment is a nice spacious base for your trip to historic York.
Enter through your porch to a welcoming hallway, leading you into the large open-plan relaxing lounge and dining area. There is a large comfy corner sofa here with plenty seating and cosy cushions, flatscreen TV, desk for working, with two power points and two USB charging sockets and Wifi throughout. By the light double doors there is a dining table and chairs and plenty space. The apartment stays nice and cool in the summer months but we do have 2 standing floor fans for your use at this time of year.
The master bedroom is a good size and would accommodate a wheelchair. Here is a huge wardrobe, flatscreen smart TV and its own clean and bright en-suite with shower. Theres a second bedroom with a double bed, and Freeview TV with DVD built in. In the hallway is your family bathroom, with bath and shower-over.
The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could need, fully integrated Oven/Hob/Extractor, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher and Washer/Dryer. And microwave, kettle and toaster.
The outside of Martins Court is lovely. There is a small shared garden with lawn area and benches to sit and enjoy the sun and your morning cup of Yorkshire tea! There are no steps, the path in to the apartment from the parking space is well lit, and the only thing raised is a normal 5 centimetre high door threshold but that is all.
Convenience shop, hairdressers, a pub, a cafe and the railway museum are close by with the rest of the city only 10 minutes away. You can walk or cycle along the river on some lovely cycle tracks.

There are no steps, the path in to the apartment from the parking space is well lit, and the only thing raised is a normal 5 centimetre high door threshold but that is all. Suitable for a wheelchair in the main master bedroom and bathroom and the rest of the apartment. The second bedroom would not fit a wheelchair around the bed.

- Close and lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment unattended. Children under 12 years of age must not be left in the apartment unsupervised.
- Do not use any resident parking space other than the one allocated to this apartment.
- PLEASE do not apply skin tanning or hair colouring products whilst staying at the apartment as these can stain the bedding, towels, and sanitary fitments. We would need to charge for damages.
- Do not burn any candles, tea lights or oil burners in the apartment (Fire/Safety/Security Check Review 2023).
- Close and lock all doors and windows, set the alarm and put the key in the key box on departure.
- Before you leave, please throw all rubbish away, turn everything off, set the alarm and lock up and leave keys back in the lock box! Thank you
